What is E-Xezine?
E-Xezine is an online payment platform in Azerbaijan. On one side there is a business that needs to accept payments on a website, in social media or in an app; on the other there is a customer who pays by card in a couple of seconds. The catalogue lists every company connected to us — pick the one you need and pay.
Which cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards issued by Azerbaijani and foreign banks.
Is it safe to pay?
Yes. Card details are entered on the bank’s secure page and confirmed with 3-D Secure, and the transaction follows the PCI DSS standard. We never store the card number or CVV — only information about the payment itself stays with us.
How do I pay for a service?
Pick a category and a company in the catalogue, enter the amount and the purpose of the payment, then pay by card. If the company sent you a ready payment link or a QR code, just open it — the amount is already filled in.
When does the money reach the recipient?
The payment goes through immediately: the company sees it in its portal within seconds of confirmation. Your banking app may take a few minutes to display the charge — that is the bank’s behaviour, not the payment’s.
The money was charged but the payment failed. What now?
Usually this is a hold: the bank reserved the amount but the operation did not complete. Such funds are normally released automatically within a few business days. If they are not, write to support@exezine.az with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card and we will check the transaction.
